Wills, Powers of Attorney & Probate

Put your legal affairs in order.

Everyone, whatever their age, should consider their responsibility to their family and friends and put their legal affairs in order.

Free, no-obligation advice

We offer free, no-obligation advice in respect of the following:

  • Wills, including statutory wills
  • Powers of attorney
  • Equity release
  • Financial advice
  • Inheritance tax planning
  • Trusts for property and family
  • Probate applications and administration of estates

Probate and administration of estates

We can help you through this difficult process by obtaining the grant of probate or grant of administration. In most cases we will act for you on the basis of a fixed fee, which depends on the complexity and value of the estate.

In all cases we provide an initial consultation free of charge so that we can assess how best to proceed on your behalf. It may be that the estate does not require probate; if so, we can advise you straight away.

Our probate fees are published in full on our fee structure page.

Equity release and property

Our property team also advises on equity release and retirement plans. See conveyancing.
